Justin Fogt, Director of Cardiac Nursing Services, embraces servant leadership in his role guiding care for cardiology patients at St. Francis - Emory Healthcare. He fills in for team members who have emergencies, mentors new nurses, and goes the extra mile for patients in need. Most of all, he creates a culture of teamwork – of patient-centered, personalized care – that drives exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

On October 1, 2025, ScionHealth recognized Justin as a 2025 Monarch Caring and Community Award recipient for exemplifying excellence as a caregiver while guiding the nursing team in one of the hospital’s most important specialty services.
